    INSS Coal Harbour, Dun Laoghaire Time: 6.30pm 6+ Years Children must be comfortable in the water, must have a parent/caregiver with them in the double kayak and must wear a floatation device. Wetsuits can be provided. Cost:  €20

      Every Open Spectrum member starting Gym Sessions will start at Level 3/Entry Level, to assess their coordination and instruction taking before progressing to group settings.
