      We are delighted to announce this new activity for our older members. Age: 17+ These are individual 1:1, sessions for 30 minutes. Energy Fitness, 8 York Road, Dún Laoghaire. 4 Week Term Time: 12pm Saturday 11th/18th April, 9th/16th May *We hope to extend this term by 2 sessions when dates are in place.
