        Level 2  is a small group session – max 3  participants – for 30 minutes Age 17+ Location: Energy Fitness, 8 York Road, Dún Laoghaire. 4 Week Term 6pm on Thursday August 6th/13th/20th/27th Cost:  €40

          Gym Sessions Level 3 are individual 1:1 Sessions for all members starting Gym Sessions. Each session lasts 30 minutes. Age 17+ Location: Energy Fitness, 8 York Road, Dún Laoghaire. 4 Week Term 12pm August 8th/15th/22nd/29th Cost: €40
