Every Open Spectrum member starting Gym Sessions will start at Level 3/Entry Level, to assess their coordination and instruction taking before progressing to group settings. The decision to move between groups rests with the coach.

Level 3 is individual 1:1 Sessions.  Each session lasts 30 minutes.

Time:  Thursdays at 6pm

Dates: September 3/10/17/24, October 1/8/15/22

Age 17+

Location: Energy Fitness, 8 York Road, Dun Laoghaire.
